Ferguson backed complaints of early kick-off schedule!

Sir Alex Ferguson has backed Liverpool counterpart Rafael Benitez’s complaints over the Premier League fixture themselves involved in immediately after international breaks and Champions League weeks.

Manchester United often find themselves in the same situation, where the Red Devils will be playing Everton in today lunch time kick-off. Ferguson is laying the blame squarely at the Premier League’s door while Ferguson also accept pleasing every interested party is an impossible job for anyone.

Given nowadays top teams games will be televised at the time that suits the public demand and the amount we will receive from the TV rights we really can’t blame the TV and the Premier League. Money is important to every club now, where money can buy indirect success on the field.

Lets hope United won’t be affected following players back from international duty.

Everton vs Manchester United - Ronaldo Return

Cristiano Ronaldo is back for this Saturday lunch time kick-off at Goodison Park with Manchester United looking to register the first away win against Everton. Ronaldo return after three match suspension following his sent-off against Reading for head-butting, meanwhile Wayne Rooney has also returned to training and could be on the bench against Everton.

The chances of Rooney playing is extremely low but next week cruncher against Chelsea looks more prospect while The Red Devils is looking to continue the two-year unbeaten track record at the Goodison Park. Ronaldo return is likely to add more spice to United attack given United only scored a total three times despite having what on paper would be the dream attack force for others team. (more…)
